Privacy Policy
Last updated July 9, 2026
This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or request a cleaning walkthrough with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to Clean Max Enterprise and this website.
Information we collect
When you fill out a contact, quote, or booking form, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, email address, phone number, and the information you provide about your home or business (size, frequency, preferences).
When you use our website, our hosting and analytics providers may record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not set advertising cookies.
If you schedule through our scheduling partner (Cal.com), they collect the scheduling details on their platform under their own privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, build your quote, schedule your service, and follow up about your cleaning.
We store inquiry records in our managed database (Render PostgreSQL) so authorized business staff can review and follow up through a private owner portal. Clerk protects staff access to that portal; Clerk processes the staff account information used to sign in, not the customer inquiry content displayed inside the portal.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We only share with service providers who help us operate the business — including hosting and database infrastructure (Render), staff authentication (Clerk), email delivery (Resend), and scheduling (Cal.com) — and only to the extent they need it to do their job.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records that do not become active customer accounts are kept for up to 24 months for follow-up and service-history purposes. Customer records may be kept longer when needed for accounting, tax, contract, or dispute-resolution obligations.
If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we have, correct it, or delete it. Email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Contact us with your request.
